- Your name.
- Contact details such as mobile number, WhatsApp number and email address.

3. Why We Use Your Information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
1. Responding to customer enquiries.
2. Evaluating franchise applications.
3. Evaluating distributor and business partnership enquiries.
4. Maintaining business communications.
5. Managing consent-based marketing communications.
6. Measuring website performance and advertising conversions.
7. Maintaining website security and complying with legal obligations.
Franchise enquiries are given an internal suitability score based on the answers you provide, to help our team prioritise responses. This score does not by itself decide any application.
4. Cookies, Advertising Measurement and Tracking
The website uses only strictly necessary browser storage, for example to remember your privacy choices or keep authorised staff signed in.
JiGNature may use advertising measurement technologies, including Meta Pixel, to understand the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. These optional technologies will be activated only when configured and subject to applicable consent requirements. Visitors will be provided with appropriate privacy choices before optional advertising tracking is enabled.
At present, the website does not load Meta Pixel, advertising cookies or other optional advertising tracking. When advertising measurement is activated, a Privacy settings control will be available on the website so you can accept, decline or later withdraw optional tracking. The contents of your enquiry, your name, phone number and email address will not be sent through these measurement events.
5. How Enquiries Are Processed
When you submit a form:
- Your enquiry is first saved in our secure enquiry database, hosted by our website platform provider.
- A copy is then added to a Google Sheet operated by JiGNature, which our team uses to manage and follow up enquiries.
6. Service Providers
We use the following service providers, acting on our instructions or under their own terms where stated.
Current services
- Lovable — website development, hosting and associated services, including the enquiry database.
